Tender description

The Highland Council intend to create a framework agreement with a number of Housing Support service providers to create a network of support services across the Councils geographical area. Short Term Housing support services can be defined as services which aim to develop a service user's capacity to maintain and sustain a tenancy following the completion of an agreed programme of support. Support will be provided to service users who have been assessed by the Council to be in need of Short Term Housing Support services in accordance with the Housing Support Services (Homelessness) (Scotland) Regulations 2012. (i.e. any person threatened with homelessness and/or who is unintentionally homeless). Support may be provided to service users in their own home, temporary accommodation or supported accommodation as required. This proposal is likely to be lotted by geographical area to ensure coverage across the entire Highland Council area.
