Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider for the provision of annual servicing, maintenance and repairs to domestic low temperate hot water heating installations and gas appliances within domestic properties owned by the Council. The successful contractor will also be expected to undertake the installation of new gas boilers, no more than 30 installs per annum, within selected domestic properties. The contract must be executed in a safe and appropriate manner on time and on budget. Bidders will be asked to evidence within their PQQ and tender responses their ability to provide the service for which they wish to be considered.
