Tender description

The Project is to provide fire system servicing, maintain existing systems, install new equipment, provision of a responsive repair service and provide testing certification in respect of our general needs housing, supported and sheltered housing, office buildings, commercial and leasehold properties located in the following Local Authority areas including Burnley, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Hyndburn, Knowsley, Liverpool, Preston, Rossendale, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, West Lancashire and Wirral to meet our regulatory requirements and to protect our tenants, employees, visitors, members of the public and contractors. Fire detection and Fire-fighting equipment, installation, servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs (Liverpool Housing Trust). 1 contractor to be appointed to undertake servicing, repair, installations and monitoring of the following equipment: Non Addressable fire panels; Addressable fire panels; Service all types of detector heads; Fire suppression systems (standalone/fixed) including sprinklers; Black-box monitoring devices; Vibrating pillows; Flash beacons; Fire hoses; Fire extinguishers; Dry risers manual call points; Emergency lighting; Fire exit door release; Fire-fighting equipment.
