Tender description

The University of Southampton is contracting for the supply of a fully automated, high throughput, PCR based target enrichment system, capable of working with both genomic and bisulfite DNA, which can be used in conjunction with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) systems, to assist members of the Faculty of Medicine in a number of projects which require the methylation status of individual CpG’s within multiple regions of the genome to be determined using minimal starting material.
