Tender description
Dartford Borough Council is looking to invite tenders for its Housing Estate Cleaning Services requirements. The service will involve, but not be limited to, routine and responsive cleaning duties to the Council's 14 Sheltered Scheme Units, for example: Cleaning communal areas and staircases, Litter picking, Leaf blowing, Window cleaning. The contract will run from the 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2017 (2 years). There will be no option to extend the contract.
