Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council (the ‘Council’) is carrying out pre-procurement market engagement in relation to The Customer Service Unit, specifically, the provision of services. The overall aim of this service is to provide customers with a first point of contact. Services must be dynamic and flexible to meet local need and accessible to the diverse range of people that need to access them. The current anticipated annual budget is 400 000 GBP. The final estimated total value of the Contract will be provided within any Contract Notice published if the Council proceeds with a formal procurement process.
