Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) is prepared to receive tenders for Coroner's Removal Services Framework on behalf of Her Majesty's Coroners (HM Coroners) from the Greater Manchester region which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Framework Agreement period will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 12-month extensions. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence 7.12.2015. The Four Areas and Authorities (Lots) that are covered by the HM Coroners are — Lot 1 — Manchester City Area — Manchester City Council Lot 2 — Manchester North Area — Bury Council, Rochdale Borough Council and Oldham Council Lot 3 — Manchester South Area — Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Trafford Council and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council Lot 4 — Manchester West Area — Bolton Council, Salford City Council, and Wigan Council The Authority will appoint a single contractor for each Lot on the Framework Agreement.
