Tender description
Cork City Council is seeking to form a panel of suitably qualified building consultants to provide consulatncy services in relation to the supply, maintenance and refurbishment of social houses. All suitably qualified firms will be placed on the panel. Each firm on the panel will be invoted to participate in subsequent mini tender competitions as and when they arise. The panel will last for one year from the date of its commencement.
