Barnet & Harrow Joint Public Health Service in Barnet wish to tender for a service which: ? Supports universal services to address drug and alcohol use effectively ? Delivers support to parents and carers of drug/alcohol using young people ? Offers support to young people at appropriate, accessible locations at appropriate times such as evenings or weekends ? Targets prevention work at young people who are at increased risk of developing drug and alcohol misuse problems ? Provides specialist evidence based treatment, including pharmacological treatment where necessary, to those with existing drug and/or alcohol issues integrating treatment plans with mainstream young people?s and safeguarding services where appropriate, matching or improve on national treatment performance benchmarks Please refer to Barnet Young People?s Substance Misuse Service project on the London Tenders Portal
