Barnet & Harrow Joint Public Health Service in Barnet wish to tender for a service which: • Supports universal services to address drug and alcohol use effectively • Delivers support to parents and carers of drug/alcohol using young people • Offers support to young people at appropriate, accessible locations at appropriate times such as evenings or weekends • Targets prevention work at young people who are at increased risk of developing drug and alcohol misuse problems • Provides specialist evidence based treatment, including pharmacological treatment where necessary, to those with existing drug and/or alcohol issues integrating treatment plans with mainstream young people’s and safeguarding services where appropriate, matching or improve on national treatment performance benchmarks Keywords: substance misuse
