Tender description
East Ayrshire Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Professional Services all as detailed in the Tender documents. The contract will be in 6 lots with Service Providers able to bid for 1 or more lots. Lot 1- Architectural/Conservation Architectural/Lead Consultant/Principal Designer Services; Lot 2- Clerk of Works Services; Lot 3- Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services; Lot 4 -Structural and Civil Engineering Services; Lot 5- Quantity Surveying Services and Lot 6- Building Surveying Services. The contract will be in place for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 1-year periods. All completed documents must be uploaded onto the Public Contracts Scotland Tender portal by 12:00 on 30.9.2015.
