Air Quality Monitoring for Fareham and Gosport Environmental Health Partnership

Tender description

The current three year service, maintenance and data management contract for the three stations including local site operator (LSO) duties and the display of air quality website information, expires at the end of March 2016. The Partnership is looking to secure a further three year contract. Officers from the Partnership will continue to manage the monthly change and analysis of diffusion tubes, including the triplicate and co-located tubes at the monitoring stations. Officers from the Partnership can respond to minor calls of assistance from the contractor during the working week eg clearing vegetation around the monitoring stations, checking on the security of the unit etc. Maintenance issues that have been rectified in the past include the replacement of an air conditioning unit, a metal cage around an air inlet and an access ladder.
