854 Redevelopment of Beaumont Town FC – Phase 3 Clubhouse, De Montfort University, Leicester

De Montfort University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the redevelopment of Beaumont Town FC – Phase 3 Clubhouse Extension. The scheme is for the redevelopment of the clubhouse facilities at Beaumont Town Football Club on land owned by Leicester City Council. De Montfort University has entered into a long lease with the City Council in 2015 and has granted a licence to Beaumont Town Football Club for the use of the current facilities. The facility and grounds will be for shared use by De Montfort University and Beaumont Town Football Club. Phase 1 works were for the construction of Artificial Turf Pitch and Phase 2 is for the construction of 2No Natural Turf Pitches. These will be being maintained until completion August 2016.
