Tender description

The MOJ has as requirement to provide meaningful work for prisoners. As part of this process, establishments have a number of textiles workshops to employ prisoners and have now won a contract to produce camouflage nets and heavy tentage. This will include four (4) different net styles, with eight (8) different sizes and two (2) different types of garnish. Heavy tentage is for three (3) types of material. Camouflage nets in woodland, arctic and desert pattern (various sizes); Clips, in black, white and sand; Garnish in various colours and patterns; Heavy fabric — HVM stormer, cloth camouflage, rip stop. Approximately 200 000 metres. 9 200 000. 400 000 patches.
