Tender description

The scope of services reflects the activities of the Scottish Enterprise Group in the UK and overseas. A limited number of these services will be required on an annual or regular basis and others will be only be called upon at the request of Scottish Enterprise (SE) based on circumstances and requirements. The scope of services covers the provision of advice on known and anticipated tax consequences which flow from SE's activities. The successful bidder will also be expected to assist SE to identify and address other risk areas and process improvements to manage and or mitigate tax risks.
