Tender description
SCC operates a large and diverse portfolio of property. In order to effectively manage the car parking spaces under its control, SCC requires an effective but flexible parking control arrangement. SCC's portfolio primary consists of: — Buildings such as Libraries, Fire Stations, Day Centres, etc. which have no access control with parking for staff and visitors along with designated disabled spaces. — Large corporate buildings with limited visitor / disabled spaces and access controlled staff parking. Contract Length — 2 years (initial term) plus 2 extensions of 1 year each at the discretion of the Council. Contract Value — This is a concession contract.
