The successful consultant will be expected to have (or be able to provide) sufficient experience of public transport, aviation and commercial related development. An indication of the services / expertise potentially needed to prepare and manage the planning application is as follows: — Architectural, — Project management, — Principal design role (CDM), — Building services, — Structural and civil engineering, — Landscape architecture and urban design, — Logistics, — Fire consultant, — Rail engineering/planning, — Transport planning, — Environmental, — Geotechnical, — Planning consultant, — Heritage consultant. You should note the contract may be between 12 months and 60 months.
