Requirement for a Creative Services Framework within the Strategic and Corporate Services Directorate. The Kent County Council's External Communications Team were looking to implement a Multi-Supplier 'Creative Services Framework' with the purpose of extending the range of creative skills and services available to the Council. The Services have been divided into Lots.
