Tender description

The University of Bristol invites tenders for the supply, installation and support of a Library Reading List System. The University is currently using the Blackboard VLE to store Reading Lists in PDF format. eReserves are processed and stored manually in a bespoke in-house system which has reached the end of its serviceable life and is due to be decommissioned. The University currently uses the Exlibris Aleph integrated library system, although this is likely to be replaced in the next 3 years. The University also uses Exlibris Primo for resource search and discovery. The University would expect any Reading List solution to integrate with our Student information system (currently SITS, but due to be replaced or re-implemented in the next 5 years) and our HR system, which is currently an in-house system, but is likely to be Agresso HR by the time the Reading List system is implemented.
