Tender description

The procurement exercise was to source a single supplier to satisfy Kenilworth School and Sixth Form's requirements for a cleaning service to be delivered across several school sites. The contract will start on 1.4.2016, with an initial term of 3 years. Following the initial term the School has the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years. Any extension will be at the School's discretion and subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor. The Procurement exercise followed an Open Procedure for a Contract for Kenilworth School and Sixth Form cleaning service. The cleaning services will be delivered across several sites — the main Kenilworth School site, Meadow Community Sports Centre (early morning cleaning only) and Kenilworth School Sixth Form.
