Residential and Supported Living Services for Learning disabled people in Herefordshire

Herefordshire Council is seeking to identify efficient, effective and reliable provider(s) to deliver a suite of residential, respite and supported living services (“the Services”) for Herefordshire residents with learning disabilities (LD). These services will be commissioned and funded by Herefordshire Council’s Adult and Wellbeing Directorate. The overarching objectives of this services are to: • help people with LD to live in a safe and comfortable home, • enable people with LD to be as independent as possible, • ensure that residents have the same choices and opportunities as other citizens, • ensure that all residents are treated with courtesy, dignity and that their wishes are respected at all times, • offer a personalised service that recognises the diverse lifestyle choices of service users, • contribute to the continued health and well-being of service users. • enable safe access to the local community.
