Tender description

Dumfries and Galloway Council currently owns/manages approximately 600 properties throughout the region. These properties vary in age, style, condition and use. Dumfries and Galloway Council are inviting tenders for the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Swimming Pool Plant. The region is divided into 4 areas for this contract. This contract will operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This contract is let for the purpose of carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Swimming Pool Plant throughout Dumfries and Galloway. Dumfries and Galloway Council properties included in this contract are stated on the provisional list of properties listed. Properties may be added/removed throughout this contract. The initial Contract period shall be for 3 years from 1.5.2016 to 31.4.2019 with a possible extension of 1 further year (12 months), subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contract, the opinion of which shall be at the discretion of the Purchaser.
