The Term Maintenance Contract is for a ‘3 star’ (fixed cost per property, per annum for: — Landlord Gas Safety Records — Servicing of Domestic Appliances — Repairs and component replacements — Domestic, Solar thermal — Checking/testing of Domestic Smoke Detectors.
