Tender description

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU), acting on behalf of Nottingham City CCG (themselves acting under co-commissioning delegated authority from NHS England) will be seeking a provider to offer high quality and safe GP services (in accordance with General Medical Service Regulations) for circa 3,179 raw/3,639 weighted patients from the existing purpose built premises located at 17a Tremayne Rd, Nottingham NG8 4HQ, from 1 October 2016. Nottingham City CCG (the Commissioner) will be the contracting and commissioning authority for the contract resulting from this procurement. The Invitation to Tender is likely to be published mid-March 2016. Contract value: The contract value in year 1 will be based on £108 per weighted population; there will be annual reductions in the £ per weighted population over years 2, 3 and 4 and from year 5 onwards the contract value will be based on the global sum at that time per weighted population. Contract duration: The current APMS contract ends on September 30th 2016 and the Commissioners will be seeking to re-procure services under the terms of an APMS contract for 10 years plus 5 years possible extension subject to annual reviews. Type of procurement procedure: The procurement will be conducted as an OJEU (Part B) Service Contract using the Open Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender derived using the criteria stated in the specifications of the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Select the relevant opportunity — Login to the portal with your user-name/password — Click the ‘PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) — Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. — Click the ‘Express Interest' button at the top of the page. — This will move the PQQ /ITT into your ‘My PQQs/ My ITTs' page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) — You can now access the attachments by clicking ‘Buyer Attachments' in the ‘PQQ/ ITT Details' box 3. Express Interest — State in your response to the question if you would be interested in bidding for this opportunity (yes/no). — Submit your reply using the ‘Submit Response" button.
