Tender description

The proposed development consists of the following works: a. Demolition of the existing 1960's national school building and construction of a new 2-storey primary school (2 982.8 m2) including teaching spaces, administration offices, GP Hall, ASD Unit, sanitary and ancillary spaces, circulation and plant rooms. b. Refurbishment of existing 1930's ‘protected structure’ (approx. 1 000 m2) to provide accommodation for a Parental Integrity Unit programme including pre-school, library, counselling facilities, a homework programme, bereavement programme, a breakfast club, sanitary facilities and a drop-in room to encourage community social skills and awareness. c. External site works including landscaping, services and infrastructure at both sites.
