Tender description

This Invitation to Tender relates to young people, specifically vulnerable young people aged 13-19 (25 for those with Special Educational Needs/disabilities [SEND] and 21 for care leavers) who are, or are at risk of, not engaging in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The government has placed a number of responsibilities on Local Authorities in relation to ensuring all young people have the tools and opportunities they need to fulfill their potential, regardless of background or life circumstances. Tracking young people's participation is a key element of these duties so that those who are not participating, or are NEET, can be identified and given support to re-engage. Northamptonshire County Council are looking for Potential Providers to submit bids to deliver this service in line with the specification provided. The budget for the initial 2 year contract is £4,048,350. There is a 1 year extension option on this contract and the potential maximum value including the extension option is £5,981,899.50.
