Tender description

The School of Engineering within the University of Edinburgh shall require a Lithography system within 2016. The system shall be used for the creation of micron scale patterns on substrates with a wide range of dimensions. The equipment will be primarily used by research staff and PhD students fabricating devices within a clean room environment.
