Tender description

Transport for London are inviting suppliers of Email Service Provider (ESP) software capable of integration with an in-house data warehouse to enable ad-hoc and large scale pre-planned and real-time automated messaging, as well as automated contract management. This covers the following: — Emails templates and delivery; — Sending messages and managing contact across large scale and near real-time automated email campaigns; — Contact Management; — Reporting. The key requirements of the solution are: — To be able to deliver real-time, automated messaging and sophisticated contact management, across a base of 4 000 000 email addresses. — To cope with scalable payload volumes (from 1 to thousands of emails) to be delivered at near real-time, e.g. in case of a live service disruption.
