Mobile Applications. The Enforcement and On-Street Operations Directorate, is also looking to develop further mobile applications for use by its Enforcement and Compliance Officers, TfL staff and TfL partner organisations as required over the term. Requirement. TfL requires a supplier capable of providing a full range of services for mobile application development and support which shall include but not be limited to the following: — Mobile application software development (as required over the term); — Maintenance and support of the mobile applications including application upgrades in line with operating system upgrades; — Hardware supply (as required over the term); — Software management services and supply (as required over the term); — Maintenance of a software catalogue of mobile application components for reuse in other TfL applications; — Consultancy services.
