Interim - incentive mechanism true-ups and RCV allocation The role covers a range of activities within the Water2020 programme of work. Initially the main focus of the work will be on the work that is necessary to carry out the reconciliation calculations for 2014-15 for the PR09 incentive mechanisms. However the role is will also cover other activities in the Water2020 programme of work. This could include work required to allocate the RCV to sludge and water resources activities. Skills and Experience It is expected the post holder will be able to demonstrate: - Proven experience of managing a diverse project team and to ensure outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard - An understanding the regulatory incentive mechanisms in place in the water sector - A track record of setting out policy recommendations internal project and programme boards - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Evidence of representing an organisation to external stakeholders, at and above peer level, where external stakeholders may challenge policy assumptions
