Tender description
Stockport Metropolitan Council are looking to commission an Enhanced Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy Service There are three main aims of the service: — To support the needs of children with communication impairments by providing a range of Speech and Language therapy services that is effective, efficient and of high quality, underpinned by evidence-based practice; — To support the needs of children with severe/significant motor/sensory impairments by providing a range of Occupational Therapy services that is effective, efficient and of high quality, underpinned by evidence-based practice; and — To build the capacity of staff within schools to be able to develop and deliver good practice, with appropriate support from professional therapists. The contract will commence on the 1.4.2016 until 31.3. 2019 with the option to extend for a further year,
