Tender description

A key priority for Derbyshire Children's and Young People Trust is to support disabled children, young people and their families to access the services they need, and to promote choice, quality and value for money. We also want to help disabled young people to make a smooth transition into adult life. Providers are being invited to apply for Framework Agreements to deliver specialised services for disabled children and young people. The list of Framework providers will be made available to Schools, Multi-Agency Teams, Social Care and other agencies within the Derbyshire Children's Trust who may use it to spot-purchase provision on behalf of young people or families.
