Ashfield Homes is an Arms Length Management Company providing Housing Management Services on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC). One of the services delivered by Ashfield Homes is a 24 hour Call Monitoring (Lifeline) service to older and vulnerable residents. Dispersed alarms installed in service users homes are linked to our 24 hour Monitoring Centre. In the event of an emergency service users activate the alarm and help is raised by the Monitoring Centre. Ashfield Homes is seeking to engage a contractor(s) to undertake the following:- LOT 1 - The provision of the monitoring Centre Platform and Software LOT 2 – The provision of dispersed alarms. The term of the contract will be for up to 5 years from an agreed commencement date, anticipated to be no later than 1st April 2016.
