Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier for the provision of First Aid at the Southport Food & Drink festival, Southport Air Show and The British Musical Fireworks Championship. Background Sefton Council’s Tourism Section is responsible for arranging events for the Southport area which includes the Southport Food & Drink festival, Southport Air Show and the British Musical Fireworks Championship each year. They are hugely popular events that are well attended. Specification • Southport Food and Drink Festival to be held on 3rd,4th and 5th June 2016 (1000 hrs – 1800 hrs x 3 days) 2 first aiders • Southport Air Show to be held 9th, 10th & 11th September 2016 (1700 hrs – 2100 hrs on the 9th) (0900 hrs - 1800 hrs x 2 days) 10 First Aiders, 2 Advanced First Aiders, 2 Ambulances and Crew, 1 Comms Unit, 1 Air shelter • British Musical Fireworks Championship to be held 30th Sept, 1st & 2nd October 2016 (1800 hrs to 2230 hrs x 3 days) 8 First Aiders, 2 Emergency Transport Attendant Members, Medium Mobile First Aid 7 Medical Units, Ambulance Unit Keywords: FIRST, AID, EVENTS
