Essex County Council (ECC) intends to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Services to support and manage the delivery of major capital construction projects. The scope of services are as follows: Primary Services: • Cost Management Services • Project Management Services (including Client CDM duties) • Framework Management Services Secondary Services: • Architectural Services • Building Services Engineering • Building Surveying Services • Structural Engineering Services • Town Planning Services • Project Sponsor Services Ad-hoc Services: • Acoustic Surveys • Aboriculture Surveys • Archaeological Surveys • Asbestos Surveys • Condition Surveys (of building services in existing buildings) • Ecological Surveys • Electrical Load Testing Services • Ground Investigations • Military Ordnance Surveys • Structural Surveys • Utilities (mains) Surveys • Below Ground Services Surveys • 3D Surveys of Retained Buildings • Environmental Impact Assessments • Traffic Surveys & Assessments The Framework Agreement will be available to other Contracting Authorities within the East of England and is anticipated to be operational by 1st September 2016.
