Tender description
The purpose of this notice is to invite any interested parties to express an interest to participate in exploratory dialogue regarding residential short break provision, in Blackpool, for children a disability and/or complex needs. The main purpose of this notice is to help the Council to understand existing models of delivery, market capacity and capability.
