Tender description
In October 2015, Schools Forum agreed to the recommendations in a proposal document to co-commission a core emotional health and wellbeing support offer (working with Plymouth City Council and NEW Devon CCG in a whole system approach to securing best outcomes for children and young people). This offer would be made available to all schools signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (See Specification Appendix 1) in relation to the commissioning and procurement of emotional health and wellbeing services. Only schools signing the MOU will benefit from the Schools Forum investment. The MOU has been signed by twenty six (26) different schools. The Council is looking to procure Emotional Health and Wellbeing Services in Schools. This ITT is issued for the purposes of the procurement process which the Council is undertaking under the Open tendering procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
