Tender description

This contract covers the provision of security improvements to dwelling houses associated with the victims of domestic violence, hate crime and burglary dwelling to reduce the likelihood of further victimisation and in certain cases increase to probability of detecting the offender. The programme is based upon referral from the Wirral Joint Community Safety Team to the contracted organisation. The Council intends to award a contract for a period of 36 months incorporating a transparent and auditable pricing mechanism, with all costs fixed for the whole contract term.
