Brodsworth Hall - M&E Infrastructure, Window and Shutter Repairs

Tender description

This contract is to undertake works at Brodsworth Hall, which is a Grade I listed house with a substantial collection contained within. The works to be undertaken are to: • Repair the historic shutters to the ground floor, undertake various window repairs to the first floor and to repair the roof lanterns to the Billiard Room and Old Kitchen. • Undertake M&E works which includes replace existing heating systems, humidity controls and an element of security system works. These works are to be undertaken whilst the house and gardens remain open to the public and the appointed contractor will be expected to engage with our visitors as part of visitor experience to help them understand what works are being undertaken and why these are critical to the future of the house. Interested suppliers are invited to submit a pre-qualification questionnaire as requested in the documents. On the basis of your returns it is envisaged that around 5 suppliers will then be invited to tender for the project.
