Architectural Support for Development Sites in Wyre Forest District

Wyre Forest District Council as host Authority for North Worcestershire Economic Development & Regeneration (NWEDR) provides economic development and regeneration services for the three North Worcestershire local authorities of Wyre Forest District Council, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council. For the purposes of this commission, NWEDR is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified professional to provide architectural support in relation to three development sites within the District. The Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified individual who will be able to prepare plans for these sites, which can then be used to consider and assess the financial viability of undertaking its own development options and opportunities It is anticipated that the appointed individual or company will work closely with the District Council whilst producing the drawings.
