Cardiff Council are seeking to engage a specialist supplier to provide a cashless parking service in Cardiff. The system must allow customers to pay for parking through a phone call, text or use of an app and this can be applied on the highway in pay-and-display spaces or in off-street car parks. This will become an additional payment channel, in parallel with existing coin and card options, and would provide more convenience for customers wishing to use this service.
