Tender description

The commissioning department require suppliers to provide them with a range of aviation services. This contract will be divided into Lots and awarded as below: Lot 1 — Cargo Services. The commissioning department will enter a framework agreement with operators to facilitate the rapid movement of cargo following a humanitarian crisis. Operators will have the capacity or network to move cargo globally in difficult and often challenging environments. Lot 2 — PAX. The commissioning department requires operators with the capacity or network to move passengers globally in difficult and often challenging environments. Lot 3 — Helicopters. The commissioning department requires operators capable of deploying rotary wing assets in response to a humanitarian need. Lot 4 — Emergency Passenger Deployment. The commissioning department requires a select operator who can manage the urgent deployment of passenger aircraft to transport emergency responders such as search and rescue teams.
