Tender description

Kent County Council (the Council) is the largest county council in England covering an area of 3 500 square kilometres. It has an annual expenditure of over 900 000 000 GBP on goods and services and a population of 1 300 000 GBP. The Council provides a wide range of personal and strategic services on behalf of its residents, operating in partnership with 12 district councils and 289 parish/town councils. This requirement was for a Creative Services Framework within the Strategic and Corporate Services Directorate. The Services were divided into Lots. Suppliers were invited to bid for all or any of the following Lots: Lot 1: Marketing Communications and Related Services: Supplier(s) to provide effective, creative agency marketing campaigns and communication services to deliver tailored marketing communication solutions. Lot 2: Creative Artwork and Related Services: Supplier(s) to be experienced in delivering artwork and artwork files for print, online, large format and exhibitions. This Lot requires a wide range of materials to include long copy documents and reports (building graphs, charts and tables), leaflets, posters, newspaper adverts, way finding and to follow style across any printed material. Lot 3: Graphic Design and Related Services: Supplier(s) to be experienced in graphic design and branding. Requirements on this Lot will include branding for partner organisations, individual project design styling (exhibitions and events, long copy documents and reports with graphs, charts and tables), campaign design styling (online, leaflets, posters, newspaper adverts) and way finding. Lot 4: Audio Visual and Related Services: Supplier(s) will be responsible for delivering audio visual services with the latest event technology and practices for a wide range of large and small events for the Council. Lot 5: Copywriting and Related Services: Supplier(s) to provide effective copywriting, editing and proof reading services, meeting Plain English and other requirements set out in The Kent County Council's accessibility Standards. Lot 6: Video and Related Services: Supplier(s) to be experienced in providing film, video and related services for online delivery, events and DVD media.
