Tender description

The ESPO national framework intends to provide a national solution for Cleaning Services, including General Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Environmental Cleaning, External Cleaning and Specialist Cleaning. The framework will be awarded by Lot on a regional basis. The tender will be broken down into the following Lots: LOT 1 East Midlands. LOT 2 East of England. LOT 3 North East England. LOT 4 North West England. LOT 5 South East England. LOT 6 South West England. LOT 7 West Midlands. LOT 8 Yorkshire & Humber. LOT 9 London LOT 10 Scotland. LOT 11 Wales. LOT 12 Northern Ireland. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
