Tender description
Advice to home owners over pensionable age and vulnerable groups on repairs to their property. Housing and Technical Resources wish to commission a community repairs advice service for South Lanarkshire. The purpose is to advise elderly home owners and other vulnerable groups on repairs and adaptations to assist them to live independently, safely and securely in their own homes and communities. The main role of the service provider is to give information and advice to service users.
