Children's Trust Vision. All children, young people and their families in Cornwall are safe and have good opportunities to achieve and improve themselves. The Council closes the gap between those who are doing well and those doing less well by effective work with those with greater need. To provide county wide short breaks services to disabled children and young people under 3 contracts: A. Holiday Play Scheme and Youth Groups for disabled children and young people. B. Activities for disabled children and young people with Asperger's (ASD). C. Group Activities for disabled children and young people with sensory loss.
