Undertaking Fire Risk Assessment within the London Borough of Redbridge

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Tenders for the Contract for: Undertaking Fire Risk Assessment within the London Borough of Redbridge. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 1st February 2017 and shall continue up to and including 31st March 2018 (the “Contract Period”). Tenderers shall be experienced in providing similar services and shall also be required, as part of their Tender, to complete a Selection Questionnaire containing information about their economic and financial standing, technical capability and other general information. This information will be assessed to establish that the organisation is financially viable and technically capable of undertaking a contract of this nature. Also, as a pre-condition to their Tenders being evaluated, Tenderers will have to satisfy the mandatory and discretionary grounds for exclusion contained in the Selection Questionnaire. The Authority shall only assess Tenders submitted by those organisations whose annual turnover is no less than £148,000. The Contract shall be awarded will be based on the most economically advantageous Tender received from the organisation that satisfies the requirements of the Selection Questionnaire and in accordance with the following Award Criteria: Price 70% (70 points) Quality 30% (30 points) A breakdown of how the Authority will allocate the Award Criteria points is contained in the Tender Documents.
