Tender description
60077216 22-12-16 to 31-12-19 an SCE for Azure. This contains the azure commitment for the CMP program, a pot of money rather than individual licenses. Upfront payments can be made to that commitment and once these are used then billing moves to overage, where SCC are billed directly for what TVP spend and we then bill TVP. The azure agreement and overage billing can last 1 year after the actual agreement expiry. The agreement works on an annual true up basis with figures needing to be reported 30 to 90 days prior to the anniversary.
