Tender description

Provision of travel management services to provide corporate travel services to the Agency's staff and visitors on and outside its premises, primarily for air and train travels. EMA organises an average of 7 000 worldwide trips per annum. Tenderers whose turnover per annum is less than 6 000 000 EUR for each of the last 2 financial years will not be considered. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) is a decentralised body of the EU currently based in London (Canary Wharf). EMA is responsible for coordinating EU scientific resources to evaluate and supervise medical products for human and veterinary use across the EU. EMA organises an average of 7 000 worldwide trips per annum. Approximately 6 000 of these trips concern external persons attending meetings at the Agency premises and occasionally in other worldwide locations. The remaining 1 000 trips concern EMA staff travelling for authorised business trips. EMA intends to conclude a 1-year contract with a possibility of 3 1-year renewals with a provider of travel management services to provide corporate travel services to its staff and visitors on and outside its premises, primarily for air and train travels. Tenderers whose turnover per annum is less than 6 000 000 EUR for each of the last 2 financial years will not be considered.
