Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Building Contractor to carry out the construction of the new Conference & Exhibition Centre and refurbishment of parts of the existing buildings at Blackpool Winter Gardens (97 Church Street, Blackpool, FY1 1HL). The notification of award is anticipated to be April 2017, the anticipated contract term will be from 2nd October 2017 to 26th April 2019. Handover 29th April 2019 (subject to funding approval).
